Incredibly detailed pencil drawing on paper by British artist, Adam Sargent. Adam ran a tattoo shop in the UK called Touch of Evil at one time (not sure if it's still there). He came up with this insane, over-the-top drawing as an entry for a contest in Bizarre Magazine. He didn't win the grand prize, but was a runner up.
It reminds me a bit of John Carpenter's The Thing, and little bit of artists Dan Quintana and Richard Kirk. Albeit, infinitely darker...
