This is a completely functional Hermes Paris saddle that just seems to be tiny. I'm unsure if this was custom made for a toy horse or is just a very small kids saddle. I haven't been able to find anything about it online. It has a custom name plate. I have one stirrup and leather that won't ship with the saddle unless you ask specifically. I don't have both. I can take more pictures if needed. :)
