Stunning carved cameo of a Greco/roman woman set in sterling silver. I believe it to be Victorian era. On the back is looks like there was something before the “Sterling" stamp, maybe a makers mark? It’s 6.3 gram and stunning. Has a classic and sturdy C clasp . Needs a need clean , I try to avoid cleaning older items to avoid damage. See photos for details
